Bardwell Homes Purchases Long Farm Lots

Baton Rouge, LA May 30, 2015 – BARDWELL HOMES, a community developer in the Baton Rouge area, is proud to announce that it has purchased the remaining 26 lots in the first filing of Long Farm in Baton Rouge, La from D.R. Horton.

Business Partners Scott Bardwell and Jay Noland decided to invest in Long Farm after successfully completing the build out of their Audubon Square community on Tiger Bend Rd. Bardwell Homes plans to bring its custom building experience to the community with plans that complement the vision of Long Farm. Homes will be available immediately.

Long Farm Village is a new development on Barringer Foreman Rd. near Airline Hwy. Russell Mosely is the founder and developer of Long Farm, a pedestrian-scaled community where residents are able to live, work, play, shop and dine without using their vehicles. Rouses’ Supermarket will open in Long Farm Village in 2016, adding to its convenience and appeal.
